This film paints a genuinely frightening picture of the Islamic Uprising in Southern Thailand. There are echoes of Britain's Northern Ireland situation here - an annexed territory and religious differences. This crisis gets little coverage in the West.
Well worth a look - Islamic rebellion
The Islamic terrorist ideology and mindset is much worse than the IRA of Northern Ireland was Matt. The IRA had demands. They were fanatics and terrorist pigs but they had a goal and were prepared to compromise. Islam will not stop until it conquers the world and is only interested in compromise as a strategy for eventual dominance. The foot soldiers don't care for their own lives or for the lives of others, only for their own agenda. Look at Israel and see how every time they gave up land for peace, what they actually got was bombs and even more demands. Islam is uncompromising and needs to be fought with equal and greater force if we are to stand a chance.
